Ordering DEFINITY™ is easy.  In fact there are several ways to order:

Order DEFINITY™ through any of the Essilor Laboratories of America labs or any approved DEFINITY™ independent lab nationwide.  See Find Local DEFINITY™ Lab.

1. Completely fill out the Rx information.
2. Choose a lens shape or trace the frame.
3. Specify A, B and DBL.
4. Fax or phone your order to your lab.

On-line ordering of DEFINITY™ is available through Vision Web at www.visionweb.com and through Eyefinity at www.eyefinity.com.  Both sites offer both DEFINITY™ and DEFINITY™ SHORT™.
