Order DEFINITY® through any of the Essilor Laboratories of America labs or any approved DEFINITY® independent lab nationwide. See Find Local DEFINITY® Lab.
Directions:
- Completely fill out the Rx information.
- Choose a lens shape or trace the frame.
- Specify A, B and DBL.
- Fax or phone your order to your lab.
On-line ordering of DEFINITY® is available through Vision Web at www.visionweb.com and through Eyefinity at www.eyefinity.com. Both sites offer both DEFINITY® and DEFINITY SHORT™.
